Turnitin has announced an urgent maintenance on their services on this Sunday, 08 Mar 2026 (Sun) from 12am to 4am.

During the above-mentioned period, please refrain from using Turnitin system to submit your assignments as the services could be disrupted intermittently.

Dear Associates,

Happy New Year!

This is a reminder about the classroom recording system for Block C.

As students' learning experience is crucial, recorded lessons must be of high playback quality, especially the audio.

Therefore, you must always wear the classroom microphone; otherwise, your voice will not be recorded. Please also ensure that:

1. The microphone LED (at the top) displays a green/yellow light. Please change to another microphone if the light is not turned on.

2. The microphone is worn closer to the upper chest level.

The classroom microphones are checked periodically by the Facilities team to ensure they are working properly.

If there is an issue with the microphone, please alert them by scanning the QR code at the lectern. From experience, they will respond and drop by promptly. The classroom microphones are checked periodically by the Facilities team to ensure they are working properly.
